Every return not only means extra work for us, but unfortunately also has a negative impact on our environment. To do yourself and our environment a favor, we ask that you carefully choose products and sizes. On our product pages, you will find all important information regarding the sizes and individual fits of our products. We also do our utmost to clearly highlight all important properties and special features of the products to prevent incorrect orders.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 30 days of receipt.

Return Policy
Free Returns (Quality Issues Only)
We stand by the quality of our design and materials. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, the return postage is completely free.
When Your Return is Free:

Manufacturing Defect: The item has a fault (e.g., broken zipper, seam coming undone) within the 30-day window.

Shipping Damage: The product was clearly damaged during transit.

Incorrect Item Sent: You received the wrong size, color, or product.
Action: If your return falls into one of these categories, please email us at Contact Us page with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will immediately send you a pre-paid shipping label and process your full refund upon receipt.
Paid Returns (Non-Faulty Reasons)
For returns related to sizing, TOG, fit preferences, or change of mind, the return postage cost is the customer's responsibility.
When You Pay for Postage:

Change of Mind: You no longer want the product.

Sizing Issue (Non-Defect): You ordered the wrong size, or the fit was not as expected (we strongly encourage reviewing our size charts before ordering!).

Color/Style Preference: The color or pattern did not meet your aesthetic preference.

TOG: The TOG you chose is not meet your expectation
Action: If your return reason is non-faulty, you are responsible for selecting and paying for a shipping service to send the item back to our processing center. We recommend using a trackable service.
General Return Conditions (Applies to All Returns)
Regardless of the reason, all returned items must meet these conditions to qualify for a refund:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn (in new condition).

All original tags and labels must still be attached to the product with undamaged wrapping.
Unfortunately we cannot register the return if the products have been worn, washed, mended or altered in any way. If returned products are not in unused and original condition or without intact and attached labels, we reserve the right to withhold an appropriate amount.
When returning, please make sure that the products are wrapped properly. You are responsible for the package with the products until we receive it. Therefore, please save the postal receipt and the track & trace number for your reference.
The package must be returned directly to the address that will be provided by our customer support.
We do not pick up parcels at post offices, in parcel boxes or the like.
Return Process Time
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please note that processing can take up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Once your return is registered, we will send a confirmation email and initiate the refund. It can take up to 10 banking days before the money is in your account.
Following processing, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method. It is not possible to process the refund to a different credit card than the one used for the purchase. This also applies even if the product has been received as a gift.
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product for another size, color or model, please do so by placing a new order in our webshop. The product you do not want to keep, please send back to our warehouse by using our Paid Return Policy.
Complaint
If you discover that a product is defective, please contact our Customer Service before returning the product to us. Our Customer Service will find the best possible solution for you. Write to us by using our Contact Us page. For our Customer Service to assess the complaint, we suggest you to send pictures of the product as documentation or in special cases return the product to us.
