CARE TIPS

As moms, we totally understand how often a baby’s sleep garments need to be washed. That’s why we have summarized some useful tips for you to make our product last longer:

Washing

  1. Our fabrics are made of natural materials, which are prone to shrinkage when washed at a high temperature. So please never wash the sleeping bags at higher than 40 degrees. Washing at 30 degrees has just the same cleaning effect and is better for the environment.
  2. Our products have been tested to retain its anti-bacteria property even after 150 washes. Nonetheless, please remember to clean your washing machine regularly with self-clean cycles so you don’t have to worry about the hygiene of your (baby’s) wash.
  3. If there are stubborn stains left on the product, you can use some natural pre-wash sprays to clean the spots first, then put it into the washing machine. In this way a 30 degree gentle wash cycle will be enough to make the garment clean and fresh again.

Drying

  1. It is not recommended to tumble dry our product for it may cause serious shrinkage due to the natural material we use. After washing, please hang the product in a warm and well-ventilated space (such as under the sun or near the radiator) to dry. This will prevent the fabric from shrinking in the long direction (where shrinkage most likely to occur).
  2. However, we understand that sometimes the product needs to be dried quickly to be used on the same day. In this case, only tumble dry the product at low and delicate/wool mode and do not overheat it. Then hang it in a warm and well-ventilated space to completely dry.
  3. When drying the product, fasten all zippers and buttons to prevent deformation. You can turn the product inside out to let the inside dry first.
  4. You can use the steam iron to repair minor shrinkage if it happens. When the product is completely dry, stretch the fabric in the direction that it has shrunk and press the iron gently to fix it. Remember to only use low temperature!
