We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item(s), we ask you to return the items wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct items. If you have any questions or concerns, you are always welcome to contact our customer service via info@vosbos.com.

Take a picture of the product so that the size and description of the item is visible and email this to info@vosbos.com for further handling.

You have the right to return any/all products purchased from our website
(vosbos.com) within 30 days of receiving your order. Return your parcel by using attached return slip and delivery note. There is a return cost for orders. The return costs is at your expense unless is quality issue. Please check on our return policy for details.
