How do I make a return?

Please go to https://vosbos.com/nl/pages/contact and register your return.

Netherlands and Belgium:

It is free return within 30 days after receiving your order. Attach the return slip to the package.

Other countries:

Please send your return with a courier of your choice to:

Please note that vos&bos is not responsible for returns, we recommend using a traceable service to make sure the package arrives safely.

I would like to exchange my product.

We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item(s), we ask you to return the items wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct items. If you have any questions or concerns, you are always welcome to contact our customer service via info@vosbos.com.

I have received the wrong size/item.

Take a picture of the product so that the size and description of the item is visible and email this to info@vosbos.com for further
handling.

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return any/all products purchased from our website
(vosbos.com) within 30 days of receiving your order. Return your parcel by using attached return slip and delivery note. There is no return cost for orders from the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries, the return costs is at your expense.

Can you gift wrap my order before sending it?

We ship all orders in innovative recycled paper bags that easily transform into reusable shoppers. In line with our sustainability commitment, we do not offer additional gift wrapping.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are subject to change. The cost is clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order.

I have received the wrong product/size or items are missing – what do I do?

If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our
mistakes as promptly as possible.

Where is my shipment?

In your delivery confirmation that you received by email, there is a tracking link with the shipment numbers.
