Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2-8 business days. The delivery time can be longer during sales seasons and other campaigns. You will receive an email with shipment information when you parcel is on its way. You can use the courier's track & trace number to follow your order. 

Taxes and Duties for Non-EU Orders (Switzerland)

We are thrilled to ship vos&bos to your little explorers in Switzerland! Since we ship from the Netherlands, Swiss orders are considered international exports.

Please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes (including Swiss VAT), and handling fees charged by the local postal service once the shipment reaches Switzerland.

  • vos&bos does not collect these fees at checkout, and they are not included in your shipping cost.

  • The recipient is the importer of record and is fully responsible for paying any of these additional local charges.

  • If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we may need to deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
